Planellio is designed to support event businesses in managing:

• bookings and enquiries
• client and communication workflows
• payments, contracts and documentation
• staff operations and rostering
• reporting and business oversight

The platform is structured to support real operational workflows rather than isolated tasks.

2. Use of the platform

Planellio is intended for professional use by event businesses and related organisations.

Users are expected to:

• use the platform in a lawful and appropriate manner
• provide accurate and relevant information
• operate within the intended use of the system

Use of the platform outside of these expectations may result in restricted access.

3. Platform structure and operation

Planellio is provided as a structured system designed to support multiple businesses operating independently.

The platform is designed to:

• maintain separation between business environments
• support operational workflows across bookings, staff and reporting
• evolve over time based on real-world usage and system development

Features and functionality may be updated or adjusted where required to improve performance, usability or system integrity.

4. Access and system responsibility

Where access to the platform is provided:

• each user is responsible for maintaining the security of their access
• activity carried out under an account is the responsibility of the account holder
• access must not be shared in a way that compromises system integrity

Planellio may restrict or suspend access where risk, misuse or abnormal activity is identified.

5. Data and usage responsibility

Planellio operates as a system for storing and organising business data.

Users are responsible for:

• the accuracy of the data entered into the platform
• ensuring that use of the platform aligns with their business needs

Planellio is not responsible for:

• decisions made based on incorrect or incomplete data
• outcomes resulting from misuse of the system

6. System integrity and acceptable use

To maintain system performance and reliability, users must not:

• attempt to interfere with platform performance or availability
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the system
• use the platform in a way that may negatively impact other users

Planellio reserves the right to take action where system integrity is at risk.

7. Intellectual property

All rights in the Planellio platform, including software, design, branding and system structure, remain the property of Planellio.

The platform may not be:

• copied
• reproduced
• reverse engineered
• or redistributed

without prior written permission.

8. Service development and changes

Planellio is an actively developed platform.

As part of this:

• features may be introduced, modified or removed
• workflows may evolve as the system develops
• improvements may be implemented without prior notice

This approach allows the platform to adapt to real operational requirements.

9. Future commercial terms

Planellio may introduce paid services, subscription models or additional modules.

Where applicable:

• pricing will be clearly communicated
• billing terms will be defined at the point of purchase
• access to certain features may depend on subscription level

10. Limitation of liability

Planellio is provided as a business system to support operational workflows.

To the extent permitted by law, Planellio shall not be liable for:

• loss of business or revenue
• operational disruption
• indirect or consequential losses

Users remain responsible for how the platform is used within their business.

11. Suspension and termination

Access to Planellio may be suspended or terminated where:

• these Terms are not followed
• the platform is used inappropriately
• continued use presents a risk to system integrity

Users may discontinue use of the platform at any time.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
