Use of the platform outside of these expectations may result in restricted access.
3. Platform structure and operation
Planellio is provided as a structured system designed to support multiple businesses operating independently.
The platform is designed to:

- support operational workflows across bookings, staff and reporting
- evolve over time based on real-world usage and system development
Features and functionality may be updated or adjusted where required to improve performance, usability or system integrity.
4. Access and system responsibility
Where access to the platform is provided:
- each user is responsible for maintaining the security of their access
- activity carried out under an account is the responsibility of the account holder
- access must not be shared in a way that compromises system integrity
Planellio may restrict or suspend access where risk, misuse or abnormal activity is identified.
5. Data and usage responsibility
Planellio operates as a system for storing and organising business data.
Users are responsible for:
- the accuracy of the data entered into the platform

Planellio is not responsible for:

Planellio is an actively developed platform.
As part of this:

- workflows may evolve as the system develops
- improvements may be implemented without prior notice

9. Future commercial terms
