Inventory and availability evidence
Reserve shared physical stock through every package that uses it
Planellio connects customer-facing packages to the physical assets and quantities needed to fulfil them. Availability can account for existing bookings, booking status, temporary holds, preparation gaps, package requirements and pooled capacity.
If a company owns 20 uplighters and different packages use six, eight or twelve, those packages can consume the same underlying stock pool rather than appearing as three unrelated products.
Shared and pooled inventory
The same equipment can appear in several packages while remaining connected to one real quantity.
- Asset quantities and reservations
- Package asset and quantity requirements
- Pooled or linked physical stock
- Existing booking consumption and cancelled-booking handling
Availability controls
Availability is calculated from the data recorded in Planellio and remains dependent on accurate stock, package and booking information.
- Date and time-window availability
- Temporary booking holds
- Preparation and turnaround gaps
- Asset calendar and service-capacity rules
Rental delivery lifecycle
Equipment reservations can continue into staffing, vehicle context, reusable pick-list templates, job sheets, delivery and reporting instead of stopping at checkout.
- Hire or rental enquiry and quote
- Contract, payment and eligible security-deposit hold
- Asset, package and package-option pick lists on job sheets
- Delivery, setup, collection and reporting context
