The optional Project Management module supports two entry routes. A corporate activation or other enquiry-led project can be planned, quoted to the client and converted into a booking while retaining the project lifecycle. An existing booking can instead be converted into a project.
The project can continue through event delivery and later activity, retaining its stages, tasks, documents, financial context, suppliers, costs, milestones and deliverables rather than ending with the booking.
Selected progress and deliverables can be shared through the Client Portal. Supported client approval records allow a project to move forward without relying only on email sign-off.
